Hey its me, millie.
WELCOME! I’m so excited to work with you. But first, here’s a little about me.
My interest in photography began when I was a teenager. I used to get all my friends to do these super fun themed photo shoots with me and I fell in love with the entire process. I took every photography class available to me and asked for my first camera for Christmas. Since then I’ve been doing photography both professionally and just for fun.
While photography is my passion, nothing means more to me than my job as a mom. My wonderful husband and I became parents in 2022 and have loved every second of it.
When I’m not taking photos you’ll probably find me hanging out with my family. I love a good scary movie night, going out to dinner, finding vintage home decor, and going to church with my family.
I’m addicted to thrifting, pasta, and grapefruit sparkling water, my fridge is always stocked.
I hate small talk, but if you want to have an extremely deep conversation for 3 hours, I’m your girl. My love language is quality time, I don’t have any pets but if I did it would be a dog named Boudicca.
I can’t wait to get to know you more!
My philosophy
It means the world to me the be the one to tell your story, I don’t take it lightly. Just like every story, each session has something unique to offer. It’s my job to capture that uniqueness. Sure, you can get pretty photos using the same old repetitive poses and forced smiles at the camera. But it’s my goal to capture your real and beautiful smiles, laughter, and raw imperfect moments. The photos that you and your loved ones will cherish for years to come.
Let’s create something real together.
If I had to describe my style in 3 words they would be, moody, cinematic, and nostalgic.
I love deep warm tones, slow motion blur, super up close and personal snuggly shots, and grain. Give me all the grain.
My favorite shots from a session usually end up being the ones that were unintentional, the in between moments when you aren’t aware of the camera.
I love capturing laughter, silliness, movement, and, sweet moments. The moments we hold dear to us. It’s a profound honor for me to document them for you.
